Without meeting Ebonee face to face until right before closing, she was an amazing realtor to work with during our home buying experience. We came from out of space and she went above and beyond to help our family find the perfect home. She videoed homes as a tour to see exactly what they looked like since the market was fast paced. Its was great. She went above and beyond with helping me find my home. Even though I was in a different state and the time difference made it a little hard to see homes. She made sure to make it work and show me the house I wanted to see. And the actual process of buying the home was so smooth and she was there for any questions I had.

Ebonee was an absolute pleasure to work with. I had to shop for a home in North Carolina from California because I was in training and couldn’t travel. Regardless, I never felt uneasy about buying a home from across the country, because Ebonee went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of throughout the process. We ran into issues with our lender at one point and she really took control of the situation and went to bat for us. Whatever concerns came up, she assured us that she would take care of it and sure enough, the problem was always resolved quickly. She was also extremely accommodating and patient when my wife and in-laws flew in to look at homes. Working with Ebonee was much like working with a longtime friend who just happens to be extremely knowledgeable about the real estate world. We greatly look forward to working with her again!

I was directed to Ebonee after calling about a house online. Come to find out it was more difficult than I intended to find a place due to injured credit, having three pets, and lack of available rentals due to the hurricane. That being said it came down to the wire but unlike every other realtor I came across before Ebonee, she did not dismiss my situation just because it was complicated and was able to find me and my pets a beautiful place to rent. Without Mrs. Block’s persistence and determination I’m not sure I would’ve been able to find a place. I’m very thankful for her help.
